Our law firm practices primarily in the field of bankruptcy law. We represent debtors in all aspects of bankruptcy from filing to adversary proceedings to discharge as well as creative pre-bankruptcy estate planning for clients with unexempt assets and small to medium sized businesses with unencumbered assets.
